My coupon code isn't applying

Some coupon codes may have restrictions.

Check the following list to see if any of these situations apply:

1. Item selected under Specials & Coupons
2. Code entered incorrectly
3. Order type is wrong (Delivery or Pick Up)
4. Coupon is expired
5. Wrong store
6. Loyalty offer was added
7. Desktop vs. Mobile Orders

If any of these above match, the coupon will not be able to be added.

Most online-only coupons will not be visible to employees in-store.
