I'm seeing "App locked" message

Issue has been resolved on Apple devices.


However, Android users are not getting updates that are updated from the app store.


Currently, the solution would be to uninstall and re-install the app.

12/12/23 UPDATE FOR ANDROID: We have enabled a setting within our developer console to force users to update to the current released version once you open the app. This should now resolve the issue of not updating to the current version.
